The Graduate School of eLearning (GSeL) provides quality of elearning at the graduate level to those who are in the Teaching profession and to those who are interested in pursuing a doctoral degree in teaching and technology. There is a current need for professional development for teachers and educators for quality education in the globalization era in which technology is used to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Most teachers, working as fulltime teachers, may not leave their current job to further their studies, but can commit themselves to earning a Doctoral degree and still can allocate time for teaching and learning.
